A global contract research organization retained Kineticos to conduct an in-depth assessment of their process, systems, and metrics surrounding the inventory control workflow within their central laboratory services business unit.

Process:

After an in-depth review of the sponsor’s SOPs, historical data, and systems, Kineticos conducted an on-site assessment (including key stakeholder interviews) to determine what gaps existed between the documented processes and practiced processes.
