Situation:

A global bioanalytical lab specializing in large-molecule bioanalysis was experiencing challenges while integrating with their large, geographically distant partner. The company recruited Kineticos to provide a 100-day strategic integration plan to ensure a smooth and expedited amalgamation of the two entities.

Process: 

Kineticos commenced with a detailed review of the documentation provided by both companies to ensure all functional areas were prepared for integration and the initial tool development could transpire. A framework for an integration plan was subsequently developed after identifying major and relevant obstacles and complications. Kineticos’ expertise was leveraged through a series of working sessions intended to identify the most effective and efficient process for integrating general operations, lab operations, commercial/marketing, systems, etc.

Outcome:

Kineticos provided a detailed roadmap and project management tool to be referenced throughout the integration. Kineticos was subsequently retained to manage the integration process and support all related activities.
