An emerging concierge patient healthcare services company was nearing launch and requested that Kineticos support the final stages of business planning along with launch.
Kineticos first developed and launched an online survey with the goal of identifying key tests/services to offer, drivers to purchase, barriers to entry, etc. The planning support also included a strategic sourcing component where Kineticos was charged with identifying, prioritizing, and selecting a list of vendors to onboard. Subsequently, the sponsor looked to Kineticos for detailed steps that would expedite the necessary accreditation processes.
