Technical assessment: design specs, production plan, legal/EHS
Market: Size, growth, segmentation, trends, user needs, competitors, positioning
Economic: Revenue, costs, GM, ROI, DCF, IRR, capital
Stage 3 - Development
Design specs met, final prototypes, Alpha and Beta testing
